I'm Michael Hill, and I started Biznetplus here in Greensboro in 2008.
My career began in local government IT, where I saw firsthand how much small organizations depend on technology they can't afford to babysit. That's still the work I care about most, which is why so many of the people we look after are local government offices, nonprofits, and small businesses across the Triad.
You work with me directly, and behind that is a small, trusted circle of local specialists I bring in when a job needs extra hands or a particular expertise. So you get the accountability of one person who knows your systems, with the depth of a wider bench when the work calls for it.
We used to bill by the hour and only showed up after something broke. Flat-rate managed service changed that. Now we're paid to keep your systems healthy instead of fixing them after they fail, so the goal is for you to barely notice us. No call center, no ticket lost in a queue, no one who has to check with someone else first. I know your network and your history, and I'm the one accountable for keeping it all running.
